What to Look For During Your Walk

1. Natural Light and Cross-Ventilation

The apartment towers are laid out for cross-ventilation across most units. During your walk, open opposing windows and notice the airflow — this is what residents will experience daily.

2. Ceiling Height and Volume

The 3.15 m floor-to-floor height (vs. the typical 2.8 m Bangalore market standard) gives noticeable extra volume. Test the impact by standing in the master bedroom — the perception of space lifts when the eye line carries higher.

3. Balcony Depth and Privacy

Check the usable depth of each balcony — a 1.2 m balcony fits a chair; a 1.8 m balcony fits two chairs and a side table. Also check sight lines from the balcony to neighbouring units — privacy at upscale layouts often differs from what rendered marketing shots suggest.

4. Storage Volume

Open every wardrobe shell, every kitchen cabinet, the utility shelving, and the foyer shoe rack. A well-designed apartment can hold notably more usable storage than a comparable-carpet-area unit elsewhere — the delta is visible only by physically opening things.

5. Plumbing Fitting Quality
